Guarantee of Satisfaction

Angloplas want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case please contact us upon receipt of your order and we promise to act promptly to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.

Our Returns Policy

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have agreed and notified you otherwise.

2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

5. If you have received a discounted rate on your order and you return goods that will take you below that discount rate you will be charged the difference i.e. 10 dispensers ordered and 2 returned you will be charged the 1-9 quantity rate and not the 10 - 19 rate.

Damaged Goods

When you receive goods from our carrier it is VERY IMPORTANT that you please check the box(es) for signs of structural damage and if there is evidence of this please DO NOT SIGN for the item(s) without checking that the contents themselves are not damaged. If they are, please REFUSE* TO ACCEPT THE CONSIGNMENT.

Unfortunately carriers will not compensate us (the sender) if you knowingly (or unknowingly) sign for damaged goods and unless you follow the above guidelines we also cannot accept any liability. In the rare event that you do receive damaged items please follow the above instructions and then contact us so that we can arrange to send replacement(s).


*The carrier will then return the item(s) to us for recycling and allow us to claim compensation to cover our costs.

Our Delivery Policy

Once your goods are ready* for despatch they will be sent by our Next Day Courier Service (UK mainland only), but this service cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours and are not time specific, nor can we give an estimated time of arrival.

Please note:

A Signature is required for all deliveries and goods.

If we are unable to deliver your order our courier will leave a calling card with their contact information so that you can arrange a new delivery date.

If we are unable to deliver your order after 3 attempts our courier will return the goods to ourselves and you will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them.

*If your required items are out of stock we will manufacture them without delay. If our factory is subject to excessive loadings due to seasonal fluctuations and your products will not be ready for despatch within 3 working days from the time of order we will contact you to inform you of your anticipated delivery date and/or give you the opportunity to cancel/amend your order.

IMPORTANT: If you require your order by a specific date (i.e. for the opening of a new ward) please make us aware of this. We will then make sure that this deadline is achieved or if it is not possible we will advise accordingly.

Retention of Title

All goods supplied remain the property of Angloplas until paid for in full.

Angloplas consider your privacy to be extremely important and never share/rent/sell your details to third parties. We also appreciate that your time is precious and will never contact you unnecessarily, however from time to time we may contact you by either post or by electronic means in order to notify you of a new catalogue release or new product launch that could be of interest to you. Any email sent to you by us will give you the opportunity to unsubscribe (with the exception of order acknowledgements etc.).
